Surgeries
Helen holds monthly advice surgeries for local residents at a number of venues across the constituency. Surgeries allow constituents to raise concerns with Helen in person. No appointment is necessary – you can just turn up.
You may find it useful to read about what an MP can do before approaching Helen. If you are unable to come to a surgery you can still contact Helen by post, phone or email.
Surgery’s start at 5pm, and the autumn dates are:
● Friday 12 September: Methodist Church Hall, Proudfoot Drive, Bishop Auckland
● Friday 10 October: Tudhoe Community Centre, St. David’s Close
● Friday 7 November, Montieth Community Centre, West Auckland
● Friday 5 December, Shildon Centre, Main Street
Helen will also be holding regular ’street surgeries’ across the constituency, which provide a further opportunity for constituents to discuss any issue of concern.
