Surgeries

IMG_3412.JPGHelen holds monthly advice surgeries for local residents at a number of venues across the constituency.

Surgeries allow constituents an opportunity to raise concerns with Helen in person. No appointment is necessary: you can just turn up.

You may find it useful to read about what an MP can do before attending a surgery.

If you are unable to come to a surgery you can still contact Helen by post, phone or email, and it may be be advantageous to write to Helen prior to attending a surgery in order to give advance notice of the issues you would like to raise.

Surgery’s usually take place on the first friday of every month, and start at 5pm unless stated. The next surgery will be held at:

11am Friday 17th February Constituency Office, 1 Cockton Hill Road, Bishop Auckland, County Durham, DL14 6EN.

Helen also holds regular ‘street surgeries’ (usually two per month), where she visits a particular area of the constituency and provides a further opportunity for people to discuss any issue of concern.
