BUSY WEEKEND FOR HELEN IN THE CONSTITUENCY
Helen is back in the constituency this weekend for a busy programme of engagements.
Today she will be visiting representatives of local employer, Wienerberger Ltd, the world’s largest manufacturer of bricks and tiles, at Eldon Brickworks. Then she will be launching a new Sure Start scheme in Evenwood, Teesdale. Next she will be in Barnard Castle for a meeting with Teesdale Marketing and a surgery at Witham Hall, before heading to Middleton-in-Teesdale to meet Middleton Plus, a community based action group.
On Saturday, Helen will be getting up early to visit Royal Mail workers sorting the Christmas post at Bishop Auckland sorting office. On Sunday, she will be getting even more into the festive spirit at the Civic Carol Service at Spennymoor Town Hall (pictured).
