Government scrap Rural Commission

The Government have announced that the Commission for Rural Communities (CRC) is to be scrapped.

2,300 local families to lose tax credits

The Coalition Government confirmed today to Helen that 2,300 families in the Bishop Auckland constituency will lose their tax credits as a result of the measures announced in the Budget.
