Helen has written to Post Office Ltd to highlight local concerns about local post office closures, including the closure of branches at Jubilee Fields, Toft Hill, Leeholme and Hutton Magna. Helen also emphasised the need for regular visits by mobile post office vans (see left) to any area affected by closure.

More than 2,000 local residents across the Bishop Auckland constituency have signed petitions expressing their concern about the proposed closure of 12 local post offices.
